Get rid of annoying automatic restart prompt after windows update

YAY!!! Lifehacker did a blog post on stopping the automatic restart timebomb that occurs after windows have performed an update. See details here

This is awesome as just two days ago I took a step away from my computer just long enough for the computer to restart. I'm glad Firefox auto restores tabs.
